1. Returns

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

  • Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your product.

  • Items that have been used, damaged, or altered after delivery are not eligible for return. Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened sleep sprays.

  • Once we receive your request, we will provide instructions on how to send your item back to us.

2. Refunds

2.1 Refund Process:

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 14 days.

2.2 Partial Refunds:
In some cases, only partial refunds may be granted, such as:

  • Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

  • Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery.

3. Non-Refundable Items

The following items are non-refundable:

  • Opened or used sleep sprays due to hygiene and safety reasons.

  • Gift cards.

  • Any discounted or sale items.

4. Exchanges

5. Shipping Costs

  • You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning an item unless the return is due to our error (e.g., receiving the wrong or defective product).

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the original shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
